Can I say the word "shit"

Happy Wednesday.

I am coming up for air between the book launch, preparing for IDEA, finishing my ACSM article on ChatGPT, and four meetings.

I have a question for you.

An industry friend of mine suggested I shorten my tagline to:

“I help female personal trainers that know their fitness shit but don’t know tech”.

I kinda like it.

Fun.

Edgy.

But I can also see my Mom’s face turn red when the say the “S” word.

So I decided to ask you, my peeps.
