Develop an Onboarding Questionnaire for New Online Clients

Getting to know your new clients is crucial. This week, we’ll use ChatGPT to create an onboarding questionnaire that helps you understand your client’s goals, preferences, and challenges from the start.

Prompt:
"Create an onboarding questionnaire for new online fitness clients to help me understand their fitness goals, challenges, preferences, and availability."

Example:

  1. What are your top 3 fitness goals?

  2. What challenges have prevented you from reaching these goals in the past?

  3. How many days a week can you commit to training?

  4. Do you have access to any equipment?

  5. What time of day do you prefer to work out?"

This prompt will help you create a streamlined process for learning about your new clients and setting them up for success.
