Prompt of the Week - Headlines, Headlines, Headlines

You've crafted the perfect email or blog post, but your reports show no one is reading it.

The problem might not be the content.

With hundreds of emails flooding my inbox daily, most go unopened.

So, how do you get your followers to open your email or read your blog post?

It's all about the headline.

Use this prompt to create a strong headline. Consider A/B testing to see which headline gets more opens (I do this every time I email you).

Here’s the prompt:

Role: Expert Copywriter Specializing in Curiosity-Based Marketing

Task: I am a personal trainer aiming to boost engagement on my fitness blog.

Format: Create a list of five curiosity-driven headlines for articles about general fitness.

Instructions:

  1. Focus on generating intriguing headlines and encourage readers to click through.

  2. Ensure the headlines are relevant to general fitness topics.

  3. Consider using elements of surprise, addressing common misconceptions, or promising valuable insights.

Join me for the next Tech Tip with Ted on Tuesdays at Ten (Pacific Time) on July 9th, when I will discuss how to use this prompt in more detail.

See you then!

Ted

PS - I will be speaking twice at the IDEA conference. If you are attending please let me know, would love to meet you.
